Joe answered a night time call that involved a sparking electrical outlet. He arrived within 20 mins and quickly assessed the the problem and took care of it. He was very reasonable with his pricing and was very thorough. We are definitely having him back. He is very knowledgeable and very safety conscious. Highly recommend calling him. We are glad we did.

Have used and worked with Joe a handful of times. Has always been a pleasure and he does great work. He just helped a customer of mine sort out some faulty wiring in the house.....customer couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great work, Joe!

If ever any electrical work is needed Great Lakes Electrical (Joe) is the one you should be calling. With no hesitation. He is worth your money (even if you had to wait -NO I did not have to but I would now if had to). He is 💯 reasonable and his work it top notch amazing. Not to mention just his “person” and “professional “ customer service in general. 💯 satisfied! I recommend him to all family, friends, and strangers. I know if ever needed in future for another project who I will be calling.

Finding qualified electricians seems a monumental task. So I am thrilled that my decking contractor recommended Great Lakes and Joe to re-do, repair and upgrade some outdoor lighting and outlets for both my deck and goldfish pond. Joe is Master Certified and Licensed in Amherst. And I see why! Not only was the work seriously superior, but his recommendations made a good plan even better. Highly, highly recommend him. And a huge bonus these days, his timeliness and communication skills are equal to his electrical abilities, and that's saying a lot.

Joe is just awesome. We thought our outside lights were totally kaput but he brought them back to life. He is a magician! And so kind and patient, and taught us how to find and fix breakers when they blow too. We are so grateful!

100% recommend! Joe came out the day after I called, spent an hour going through multiple issues we were having and fixed everything. He even took the time to educate us on tips and tricks for maintenance. I'll definitely be calling again the next time something comes up.

One of the most professional electricians I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. We have worked with Joe and his team a number of times, and every time, they have exceeded our expectations.
